Update: As previously announced, we are responding to a global PHP security vulnerability (PHP is a software tool used by many web-based programs globally) impacting software platforms worldwide, including some Renaissance products.
- Security updates for GL Ready have been released and the product is now available. - Security updates for DnA, eduCLIMBER, myON, and Nearpod are in the final stages of testing and verification. - SchoolCity remains available. Security updates for LTI integrations and Personalized Review Assessments (PRAs) are also in the final stages of testing and verification. - myIGDIs and Star Phonics are expected to remain unavailable until tomorrow.
We will continue to provide updates here as our work progresses.

Due to this issue, GL Ready is currently unavailable in addition to myON, Nearpod, DnA, eduCLIMBER, myIGDIs, and Star Phonics. We do not yet have an estimated time for when access will be restored.
Also, due to the unavailability of myON and Nearpod, some features of Renaissance Intelligence and Renaissance Next are unavailable including Lessons, Library and some Reading activities.

We are assessing a global software security vulnerability that may require preventative maintenance on myIGDIs, myON, DnA, Nearpod, SchoolCity, StarPhonics, and eduCLIMBER today, October 21.
We want to provide advance notice to schools and districts planning to use these products. If maintenance is necessary, it may occur on short notice and could temporarily interrupt access to one or more of these products.
We will share updates as we confirm which products require maintenance, including timing and expected duration when available. Thank you for your patience as we work to protect the security and reliability of our services.
